We should come to the sacred liturgy appropriately dressed. As Christians we should dress in a modest manner, wearing clothes that reflect our reverence for God and that manifest our respect for the dignity of the liturgy and for one another. (On Preparing to Receive Christ Worthily in the Eucharist)  [Our] bodily demeanor (gestures, clothing) ought to convey the respect, solemnity, and joy of this moment when Christ becomes our guest (CCC 1387).   Mass attire requires covered shoulders, no spaghetti straps, no low neck lines, no denim jeans, no flip-flops, and no shorts. Please come in dresses, blouses and skirts, and/or blouses and pants.  We would like to share this helpful article on how we can better prepare to receive Christ in the Eucharist.
